For product placement, we recommend placing the humidifier 2 feet above the ground, on a hard, waterproof, and horizontal surface. It's important to note that the higher mist volume is not necessarily better. We recommend using the intelligent automatic mode when humidifying for an extended period to maintain the most comfortable humidity level.

There are a few important things to note about using the product: 1. Do not add water directly through the nozzle. 2. Avoid water entering the air inlet and outlet of the base, especially when cleaning.

When it comes to using essential oils, only add them to the essential oil tray. Never add essential oils into the water tank or base chamber, as this can degrade the plastic and cause your humidifier to leak.

Regarding cleaning, we recommend changing the water frequently to avoid bacteria growth and cleaning the humidifier at least once a week, following the instructions in the user manual.
